This large, comfortable house is absolute beachfront at the sheltered North end of Taupo Bay and next to the boat ramp for easy access. There are spectacular beach views from most rooms and you fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing.

With 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, it is spacious and well set up for two families or large groups, with plenty of room for up to 12 guests. The fully fenced section has a large lawn in front of the house for the kids to play on and bush up the back to explore.

The kitchen is tidy and well equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and a fabulous view! There is outdoor dining and a BBQ on the front deck so you can dine and watch the boats launching in the surf.

The bathroom set up is perfect for a bach, with separate shower cubicle, bath, sink and two toilets.
